Nature of Service: The rapid prototyping services offered by Southern Technology Ltd are intended solely for experimental and developmental purposes. The prototypes produced are not guaranteed to be accurate representations of final products and are not suitable for deployment in critical or high-risk applications.
No Liability for Performance: Southern Technology Ltd shall not be held liable for the performance, functionality, or reliability of any prototypes produced through our rapid prototyping services. These prototypes are created with the primary goal of experimentation and proof of concept, and their performance may not meet real-world expectations.
No Warranty: Southern Technology Ltd expressly disclaims any warranties, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, regarding the prototypes produced through our rapid prototyping services.
Risk and Responsibility: Engaging in rapid prototyping for experimental use involves inherent risks. You understand and acknowledge that any outcomes, consequences, or damages resulting from the use, testing, or implementation of prototypes are solely your responsibility. Southern Technology Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of prototypes, regardless of the circumstances.
Safety and Regulatory Compliance: It is your responsibility to ensure that any prototypes developed through our rapid prototyping services comply with all applicable safety and regulatory standards. Southern Technology Ltd does not warrant or represent that the prototypes meet any specific safety or regulatory requirements.
Confidentiality: While Southern Technology Ltd endeavors to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information provided to us during the prototyping process, we cannot guarantee the absolute protection of such information. You agree that any information shared with us during the course of the engagement is at your own risk.
Modification and Termination: Southern Technology Ltd reserves the right to modify or terminate its rapid prototyping services at any time, without prior notice. This may include changes to available technologies, processes, pricing, or any other aspect of the service.
